Content of the study
Construction companies in Switzerland will come under increasing pressure in the coming years. The reason for this development is a combination of years of strong competition, which will only allow for low price growth in the future, as well as further increases in material and labour costs.
In addition to analysing the current situation on the Swiss construction market, the study also offers approaches on how companies can respond to the upcoming challenges in order to remain successful on the market in the long term. Companies are now called upon to develop a future-oriented and individual positioning with fields of action along the lines of optimising earnings and reducing costs in order to play to their own strengths in the best possible way.
