Content of the study

S&B Strategy surveyed over 300 users from the trades and planners in Germany across all building trades with regard to their current challenges and, based on this, carried out a separate evaluation of installers of technical building equipment (TGA).

The main focus was on the demands placed on installation by building information modelling (BIM), drop shipment and staff shortages. The aim of the survey was to draw conclusions for manufacturers of building technology and to formulate solutions based on this.
