TEAM-ASSISTENZ / OFFICE MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for individual phases within an M&A process right from the start
- You create investment teasers and information memoranda
- You develop individual and realisable M&A strategies with investors and companies
- You model business plans, prepare company valuations, integrate financial models, prepare decision documents and present these internally and to clients
- You will also provide support in business development as part of studies and in the preparation of pitches
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your Master's degree in the fields of business administration/engineering/wi.inf. or similar
- You have already gained experience in corporate finance, at an M&A boutique or in investment banking
- You have above-average analytical and conceptual skills and communicate confidently in both German and English
- You have very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- You have a high degree of personal responsibility and drive and enjoy working in small teams
