ASSOCIATE M&A (M/F/D)

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for individual phases within an M&A process right from the start
  • You create investment teasers and information memoranda
  • You develop individual and realisable M&A strategies with investors and companies
  • You model business plans, prepare company valuations, integrate financial models, prepare decision documents and present these internally and to clients
  • You will also provide support in business development as part of studies and in the preparation of pitches

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your Master's degree in the fields of business administration/engineering/wi.inf. or similar
  • You have already gained experience in corporate finance, at an M&A boutique or in investment banking
  • You have above-average analytical and conceptual skills and communicate confidently in both German and English
  • You have very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • You have a high degree of personal responsibility and drive and enjoy working in small teams
