J. Rehms Gebäudetechnik, part of the Salvia Gebäudetechnik group of companies, is a full-service provider of technical building services for commercial, public and private customers based in Borken, Germany. The acquisition expands J. Rehms Gebäudetechnik’s presence in the greater Stuttgart area.
Kamtec is a leading regional provider of building technology based in Metzingen. Its activities focus on complex heating and sanitary applications in the commercial and industrial customer segment. The sale will enable further growth plans to be implemented and succession to be secured.
