Our team advised HomeServe Germany, a subsidiary of the international HomeServe PLC, on the acquisition of Egly Klima- und Wärmetechnik GmbH. The transaction was signed in September 2022.
HomeServe is one of the leading HVAC trade groups with a focus on private end customers and residential construction. With a presence in eight countries and a total of around 9,000 employees, HomeServe focuses on actively strengthening trade companies in the respective regions by bundling central functions. This allows the companies to concentrate on consulting, installation and service in the HVAC and electrical trades. With this acquisition, HomeServe is expanding its presence to the greater Frankfurt area.
Egly Klima- und Wärmetechnik is an established HVAC company that specialises in heat pumps, refrigeration and air conditioning technology. With a clear focus on end customers, Egly offers innovative and sustainable solutions in the greater Frankfurt area. Patrick gained extensive experience in the deals division of PwC, on the management board of Hubert Burda Media and in the context of M&A and strategy projects for national and international clients in Europe and Asia. Patrick completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Amsterdam Business School.
