Direct entry

Internship
Are you at least in the third semester of a Bachelor’s degree or have you already started your Master’s degree? Are you interested in working on strategy and M&A issues in a boutique consultancy? Then you have the opportunity to complete a three to six-month internship with us as a Fellow Analyst (m/f/d).
You are a full-fledged team member from day one and support us in strategy, M&A and implementation projects. You will work independently on subtasks, such as analysing markets, identifying developments in the competitive environment or deriving customer requirements. You document your work results in presentations and Excel models and discuss them with the project manager. In addition, you support S&B Strategy in business development within the scope of studies and opinion papers as well as in the preparation of pitches.
Your studies are coming to an end and you are planning to write a practice-oriented thesis in cooperation with a strategy and M&A consultancy? Then you have the opportunity to join us as a Master’s student (m/f/d).
As part of your thesis, you have the opportunity to combine your theoretical knowledge from your studies with current issues from our projects and to expand your knowledge with practical experience. In the course of the master’s thesis, a methodology is to be developed on the basis of a hypothesis on a real problem area (e.g. reduction of CO2 emissions in building use, electrification of drives for construction machinery, consolidation pressure in the competitive environment, etc.), which can lead to a practicable solution approach. In addition, there is the possibility of including the results of the master’s thesis in a study that will be published. A partner and an experienced team member will guide and support you competently and expertly during the writing of your master’s thesis.
